No. We are a mobile pet spa, so the van comes to your home and the groom happens there.
Bathing, dehairing, nails and ear cleaning are all things we are asked for regularly. Tell us what your dog needs most when you book and we will write it down.
Many of our customers come to us after bad experiences elsewhere. Our groomers work with one pet at a time, reassure as they go, and there is no cage to wait in.
Yes. Customers are often shown inside the van so they know exactly where their dog is going.

We ask what your pet needs most, any concerns you have, and even which shampoo you would like used. It all gets noted down before the appointment.
